A few essentials to keep on your rotation.
We all have one. A desk drawer that doubles as our own private pantry. Sometimes our best work is produced when one hand is stuffed into a bag of potato chips. (Jalapeno, if we’re getting specific.) And hey, listen, we never actually feel send-us-to-confessional guilty for devouring an entire bag of corn chips slathered in barbecue flavoring. But. There are only so many greasy snacks we can devour until we begin to power down and long for nothing but face wash and a nap. Alas, for work day productivity purposes, we find consistent pleasure in the not so guilty snacks.
These are the snacks that are baked, not fried. The ones with natural ingredients, not Red 40. The stuff that will satiate a craving between meals without ruining dinner. Snack breaks are essential as we Slack through the day. Here are a few snacks to keep on rotation.
